Dealing with an insurance company can be difficult, so we are here to assist you in understanding your insurance benefits.

Because our office does not contract with any insurance companies, we may be considered an "Out of Network" provider for your care.  You will be responsible for payment at the time of the visit and can have your insurance company reimburse you directly.

To ease the headache of filing a claim, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork and a stamped, addressed envelope as you check out.  Drop the completed form in the mail.  Your insurance company will reimburse you according to your plan.  Most plans have a deductible; and once that is met, the insurance company covers a certain percentage for "Out of Network" providers.

We regret that we are not able to accept Medi-Cal or Medicare patients at this time.
