After-Hours EmergenciesIf you have an urgent problem that requires immediate attention, please telephone our office:
If you anticipate needing a prescription called to a pharmacy, please know the phone number of a pharmacy that is open at the time of your call. If you need to change an appointment or speak with our bookkeeping department, please call during office hours because the doctor on call will not have access to the office schedule or bookkeeping records. You may leave a message on the answering machine after hours. Who will answer your call... Because of our commitment to providing the best possible health care to you, no outside doctor will take care of you. We rotate responsibility for taking care of you at night, on weekends, and on holidays. About prescriptions... If you need a refill for routine prescriptions, please call during regular office hours. Because the doctors do not have access to your medical records after office hours, we cannot renew your prescription by phone. |
